Dear Credit Union Member:
We are conducting our Bi-Annual Account Verification of accounts with our December 2024 End of Month Statements. The federal law under which HCP Credit Union operates requires that its Supervisory Committee verify member accounts periodically. A bi-annual account verification audit is one of many internal control processes followed by HCP Credit Union to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial reporting system for the protection of our members. We have engaged an accounting firm, Whitinger & Co, LLC to assist with this process.
PLEASE COMPARE STATEMENT BALANCES WITH YOUR RECORDS. IF THEY DON'T AGREE, REPORT DIFFERENCES TO: WHITINGER & CO, LLC., P.O. BOX 631, MUNCIE, IN 47308-0631. UNLESS DIFFERENCES ARE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS, OUR RECORDS ARE ASSUMED CORRECT.
