You’re eligible to join if you work in the health care profession in the following counties: Indiana: Wayne, Fayette, Rush, Henry, Union, Franklin, Randolph, and Ohio: Darke, Preble OR if someone in your immediate family* is already a member of our credit union.

Use the application link to get started. We will prepare a new member packet for electronic signature.

Make a minimum $5 deposit and provide ID.

Once your application has been confirmed, you will need to provide the following: 

  • $5 to open a Savings Account

  • Provide your photo ID such as a driver’s license and a utility bill or pay-stub with your current address.

Important Membership Information

HCPFCU is not-for-profit and owned by its members. HCPFCU is insured by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA). Joining HCPFCU requires opening a savings account with a minimum balance of $5.00. Once you become a member, you are always a member, as long as you remain in good standing and maintain an active $5.00 savings account.

When you open an account, we will ask you for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you.

*Immediate family is defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent, grandparent, grandchild, stepparent, stepchild, stepsibling, and adoptive relationships.
